K.V.Palwal came into existence in September 1986. Initially it was started in a small rented building. It was shifted on September 2000 in its splendid new brand spacious building. The School is spread over approximately 15 Acres of remarkable land with provision of spacious, airy staff Quarters. It is situated in the lap of nature. Its scenic beauty is awesome. It was started with a very small strength of students up to class V only. Today its strength has risen to 706. It is well equipped with the entire modern infrastructure needed for the all round development of a child. Since then it is treading upon the path of success consecutively. The School is infact proving to be a boon to the children of the surrounding rural area.

Our Mission
KVS has a four fold mission viz:-
- To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees including defence and para military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
- To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
- To initiate and promote experimentations and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like CBSE, NCERT, etc.
- To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of “Indianness” among children.
